Mr. Hurst was born and raised in West Palm Beach, FL and attended Florida State University for his undergraduate studies. Following graduation he attended Nova South Eastern University Law School. While at NSU Law School, Mr. Hurst was an active member of the school's Litigation Council and Trial Advocacy. Following graduation, Mr. Hurst worked as a Certified Intern for the Public Employees Relations Commission and an Intern for the Public Defenders Office at the 19th Judicial Circuit where he began his long and successful career as a criminal defense attorney.
